Same-day bookings are considered based on availability. A 15-minute grace period applies; a R100 late fee applies after 30 minutes.

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures every booking, paid by bank transfer only (no cash, eWallet or Cash Send). Banking details are in the footer below.

On the day

  • R100 late fee after 30 minutes, if no next appointment
  • No friends or family unless also booked
  • Children are not allowed in the studio

Coming prepared

  • Installations: arrive with natural hair braided in small lines
  • Ponytails: arrive with relaxed hair (afro adds R100)
  • Lace and hair must be clean; your own lace must be fully customised
  • Same-day bookings accepted based on availability
